Chef: Julia Kennedy (Cafe Wednesday, LA)

Chef: The October, 2020 featured Chef is Julia Kennedy, of Cafe WednesdayCafe Wednesday is a community supported restaurant operating each Wednesday since March of 2020. The project functions like a heart — a network operated on a set of principles and feelings. Cafe Wednesday provides a sense of community and rhythm in the lives of our customers and those who create the cafe each week. They hope to offer comfort and connection in times of social isolation, as well as expressive, seasonally inspired, nourishing, vibrational foods to feed body and spirit.

Charity: Net proceeds from this month's sales will go to Blackout The Ballotan organization "dedicated to building up our / your community." Focused on providing voting resources such as registration, voting centers, and info, while amplifying the voices of BIPOC makers, creators and innovators with pop up markets around Los Angeles.

Hummus Flavor: DARK RIVER WARM RAFT - A unique blend of luxurious black sesame tahini, confit garlic, marjoram and black cumin. Topped with toasted black sesame seeds, and herb infused oil reserve.
