October 2021 presents featured chef Brandon Gray of Brandoni PepperoniWith global fine-dining experience, a deep appreciation for sustainably-sourced local ingredients, & a degree in culinary arts, Gray has graced the kitchens of LA buzziest restaurants: Providence, Trois Mec, Best Girl, & Michelin star chef Michael Cimarusti’s Cape Seafood and Provisions. At age 18, Gray joined the US Navy, quickly assuming a role in the Kitchen. Gray’s career has blossomed, with highlights in the LA Times, Vice, Vogue, KCRW’s "Good Food" & a most recently, a full page in Bon Appetit Magazine.
