Chef Brandon Gray (Brandoni Pepperoni, LA)

October 2021 presents featured chef Brandon Gray of Brandoni Pepperoni. With global fine-dining experience, a deep appreciation for sustainably-sourced local ingredients, & a degree in culinary arts, Gray has graced the kitchens of LA buzziest restaurants: Providence, Trois Mec, Best Girl, & Michelin star chef Michael Cimarusti’s Cape Seafood and Provisions. At age 18, Gray joined the US Navy, quickly assuming a role in the Kitchen. Gray’s career has blossomed, with highlights in the LA Times, Vice, Vogue, KCRW’s "Good Food" & a most recently, a full page in Bon Appetit Magazine.

Chef Gray's pizza's are so sophisticated & flavorful, you’d think he grew up in the hills of Naples, Italy instead of the hills of Baldwin, Crenshaw. Delivery & pick up available within the LA area.

Charity: Chosen by the chef, net proceeds from this month's sales will go to No Us Without You - an LA-based organization providing food relief to the most disenfranchised hospitality workers, and families affected by the pandemic.
